TOC Lean Six Sigma is an improvisation over the Lean Six Sigma process, and can be defined as a combination of TOC, and Lean Six Sigma. It is commonly abbreviated as TLS.

TLS is a continuous-improvement process management approach which helps in reducing irregularities, defects, as well as wastage of resources to a great extent.


Therefore, in short, the process of implementing the TOC Lean Six Sigma Principles

1. Application of TLS primarily focusing upon the weak aspect, which needs to be improved upon.

2. Application of Lean for eliminating the wastage, and unnecessary steps to the maximum extent.

3. Application of the Six Sigma for optimizing the process variability as well as control.
