Sales of iPhone 4S were halted in Shanghai and Beijing last Friday after a chaos had arisen due to delayed start of sale. Hurling eggs to the shopper were sent at one of the stores… Many fans waited outside the Sanlitun Village shopping mall in the city of Beijing all night long in freezing cold.

In the morning, when the store did not open even after 7 am, the moods swung the other way and the crowd lost their patience. The continued chanting of “Open” continued for quite some time and the employees inside the store were also booed.

After the chaos broke out, a message came through a megaphone that the Apple device will not be available on the first day of its sale. Then a large troop of police officers arrived at the scene and the entire plaza was taped in yellow all around.
