A masterpiece of art? oops no… its a Wash Basin!

August 17, 2009

Cool Launches

It is usually said, ‘too many cooks spoil the broth’, but threesome is always awesome. Swedish Designer Johan Kauppi, architect Lars Sundstorm along with Eumar Santhenica has come with a brilliant wash basin that is eco-friendly, while at the same time, it has an artistic look.

This basin was an idea inspired by the mountain springs and it does not employ any tubes and it does not have any extra parts.

In simple terms, no non-sense, and you get nothing more than what is needed.

The water flows through the Abisko Basin freely and it ends up in a strategically placed grate.

Ideally, more than what you may expect from a wash-basin, but with completely unique looks.

There’s no update on its availability and pricing yet, so you can only wait and watch out for updates from Abisko.
